Having grown from the maintenance and service industry, we know the importance of getting it right. Our clients include caravan parks, service industries, and fly in – fly out camps. Our staff have been manufacturing transportables for a combined 28years, and bring with them the experience and ability to design and build products that meet our client’s needs.
We have our own designs with various configurations available, or we can design and build to your requirements.
We have constructed, transported and installed to all corners of Australia, and can also supply ex store, if desired. For more complex projects, we can utilise our expert designers and engineers, with the most up to date systems and materials. In today’s portable accommodation environment, the look of the building is as important as the features they contain. Total Solutions utilises the most modern cladding materials to give an up to the minute look.
Energy savings are also important to all operators, and as such, we incorporate a host of energy saving innovations in to our buildings.
High reflective coatings on roofs and walls, can reduce energy costs by 25%. Extra insulation and double glazing are also options that can be utilised. Solar or heat pump hot water services are available, as are the development of photo – voltaic technology for electricity generation.
In the near future Total Solutions will be trialling a self-sufficient cabin, able to be placed in the outback which will operate on the very minimum of energy requirements.
